I am very disappointed with my experience at your barbershop. The barber who served me, an older gentleman, had a very strong body odor that made the entire haircut extremely uncomfortable. Good hygiene is an important part of customer service, and this was not acceptable. On top of that, the haircut was nothing like what I asked for. Sagar was very friendly and gave a fresh hair and beard fade. He also accommodated me before my booked slot as I was in a rush.
Worst Haircut experience by Shamia. extremely rude in her demeanor. Hand movements aren't controlled and the trimmer keeps hitting the folds of your skull. too much in rush. she literally ruined my hairstyle. The other staff had to intervene and try and salvage whatever was left of it. Do not book ger for your hair cut!
