Good and friendly doctors. Billing department is a complete joke
Super nice and explains everything to a t answered all questions takes time with u no rushing staff very nice
The NP Julia is very rude with poor bedside manners, she did not listen to any concerns and brushed everything off talking over the patient. At one point stated 'eat a cracker' and 'get a different job'. I do not recommend wasting your time.
I drive a long way to get there the least they can do is be on time. I actually walked out and let the receptionist know I refuse to come back. I regret recommending this office to a friend. I waited an hour and the dr didn't show up during that time. The receptionist said there's only 1 np ok then book less appointments the week before Christmas. The receptionists usually put me on hold and when I order a stool test I always get the hospital lab has no clue it should be easy so everything is disorganized. They should do way... read more
