I was in extreme pain for over a week and called to get in, they set me up to come in for the next day which made me happy. The procedure was quick and painless. It was scheduled for 6:am and there is no proper light or signage to see where to go. Once the visit was over the office offered no help on what to do for my pain. No discussion on helping me understand what is happening and why. No options for treatments. Even when calling the office for help. I was there for a routine colonoscopy (family history of colon cancer, so I get checked every three years or so). I've had at least a dozen so far. I found the staff friendly and professional even though it was very busy there. I was kept informed and felt attended to. Doctor Elbadawi spoke with before and after my procedure. He was friendly and informative. The only complaint I'd have is they need softer toilet paper in the bathrooms! If you've had a colonoscopy, you know what I'm talking about!
