Extremely disappointing experience at MAMO. For a restaurant that charges premium prices, I expected a much higher level of service. The service was incredibly slow from start to finish. The waitstaff seemed unfamiliar with their own menu, didn’t properly listen to our order, and didn’t write anything down, which resulted in multiple mistakes and the wrong dishes being brought to the table. Me and my fiancée had a great dinner on Sunday at Mamo! Great service was provided by the host. He took really good care of us and made our night very special!
My boyfriend and I came here excited to enjoy dinner after reading endless positive reviews. We were initially greeted with the worker confused on where to seat us, even though we had a reservation. The service from waiters was also below par. We were not treated warmly, and the service felt incredibly rushed. I came to this restaurant for dinner through a reservation. The person in the front seemed very confused on where to sit us and did not make me feel welcome at all. The food itself was average. The waiters were not respectful at all and spoke in a dismissive tone. It felt rushed and like they wanted to get us out of there as quick as possible.
