Had to get fire alarm monitoring for our restaurant near the New Haven Green after the fire marshal said we needed it. Honestly wasn't sure what company to go with but Mammoth Security walked us through the whole process. So we run this small bakery near East Rock - been there for like fifteen years now and never had proper fire alarms which I know sounds terrible but you know how it is with small businesses, always putting stuff off. Got cameras installed last month. Their team was good, finished in a day which was nice. We can actually see people's faces now - before our old system was useless. My partner loves that he can check from his phone when he's home. They had to come back once to fix an angle but whatever, they didn't charge extra. Good experience overall. Would recommed them, if you are looking for a CCTV or any other type of security camera system.
