I'm not usually one to leave glowing reviews, but June and the entire management team deserve one here. We booked this trip several weeks ago, and as luck would have it, 48 hours out from our trip, the AQI was over 400 in Mammoth from the Garnet fire in September 2025. We have never worked with a property manager before. We have interviewed several but never felt comfortable before meeting the team at Mammoth Reservations. The customer service and quick response time is amazing. Even when things go wrong, we know we have the Mammoth Reservation team to help us make things go right. If you are considering a property management team, I would highly recommend Mammoth Reservations.
The Mammoth Reservations properties and team are spectacular! We have stayed with them twice and each time has been wonderful. Big thank you to Ian and the team for making the guest experience so great. Would definitely recommend them to others and we plan to stay again next time!
If I could I would rate -5 our unit is infested with rats I had to call the after hours emergency number to try figure out what to do. it
Beautiful 4bdr/4 bath condo & perfect for us 4 couples since we didn’t need to share bathrooms. Great location, close to pickleball & basketball courts, parking close to condo. Only issue is the Mammoth West condo complex management of parking. We were informed that parking in the complex was only for guests with assigned parking passes displayed.
