We had a wonderful experience at Outbound Mammoth, and a big part of that was thanks to Anna at the front desk. We arrived well before check-in, knowing our room probably wouldn’t be ready, but Anna still went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable while we waited. She gave us great recommendations for nearby places to explore so we could enjoy our time instead of just sitting around, and she genuinely seemed to care that our stay got off to a great start. Pro: easy check in. Quiet community on the outskirts of mammoth. Close to lots of little trails. Cons: stayed at snow creek v #1002 it was filthy. It was not cleaned. There was dog hair everywhere. Needs new screen doors. I will stay I reached out to them and they offered to have someone clean and did compensate us a little.

Big drop in customer service. After staying with them for many years, I will taking my business elsewhere. No snow so the mountain is a big brown patch. Rather than move us to a unit that is better located to getting on the mountain, they refuse to move our unit. Old managers were much more willing to work with their customers.
