I can't ever get anybody to answer the phone when I call no matter what time of day. I would like to call Headquarters but I can't find no number to do so. Can you imagine that. What's amazing is when I do call the the voice recorder says you call is very important to us. What a joke that is. I was sent a bill that I payed July 8th and dropped off before the dead line July 10th. On July 14th I received a bill that I haven't paid it. My husband and I used Mammoth gas while we were living in Kentucky last year. We moved back to Mississippi in October 2024. We were told several times, by the lady in the office at the gas company , that we were owed a refund on gas . It has been seven months and several nasty ending call and we still haven't received the refund. As a matter of fact, the last time I called the lady pretty much told me to go pound sand because I wasn't receiving our refund. Shopping trip for her at our expense ....

I am leaving this review for Ashley L. I called about a propane tank 3 months ago and Ashley gave me a quote. When I presently called I connected again with her. She honored the price she gave me from the first call. She did everything in a timely manner. She's the best. Thanks Ashley.

My elderly mother needed propane. She was admitted to the hospital and was worried that she’d run out while there. All I had to do was call and explain the situation and they were on the ball getting her propane delivered. Highly recommend.
