There are no better!
I agree that they are money hungry. I had two visits, each visit was billed $276.00 or $552. Between Medicare and my supplement insurance they received $493.00 but they are billing me $275.00 because I had not met my Medicare deductible. If I pay them the $275.00 they will have received for the two visits $778.00 which is $226.00 over my original invoiced amount. They have not responded to my request for clarification of the additional amount they are invoicing me and I refuse to pay anything until it has been clarified to m... read more
The physical therapists are top notch, the facility is up to date. Would recommend. However, the scheduling system is an absolute nightmare, and incredibly inefficient for everyone involved including the poor receptionists that deal with the flack of not being able to schedule anything further than 4weeks out on a Monday morning scramble like rec.gov.
Our family has had many instances to use Mammoth Orthopedics. All very good outcomes. I will be having my second knee replacement with Dr Karch soon. Beyond this We have had very extensive hospital stays across the country. Mammoth is our favorite. We live in Southern California.
