I lived there for four years moved from one trailer to another. Number 4.....thinking it was a better trailer. It wasn't......it had black mold and the roof leaked. I was on Kolby for almost a year to fix it and he never did. I had to put plastic up were my kitchen ceiling was falling down

I llive in the Mammoth Park and my trailor faces the entrance.. Police ar not in here every night like some are saying. I see the police, maybe once or twice as month. I have had no problems here and everyone is vry friendly.

This Mobile Home park needs to be closed. They will not refund my $1000.00 deposit, and I was only in the home ten mins. the smell of cat piss was so bad and the home itself a disaster I turned around and left. The pictures they emailed of the home were very old when it was in good condition. These folks are cons and frauds and need to be stopped. stay away from this place at all costs.

The worse place to live in Cedar City Utah. Police are in that park every night, and crime is an ongoing problem their. The trailers are very run down and dangerous to live in. No maintenance is done. The owners are unsavory in their dealings, and so is the manager. DONT RENT in this place. It is an unsafe place and dirty place to live. The rent is far to high and the owners and managers take advantage of poor families in abilities to move, raising the rent at the drop of a hat. This place doesn't deserve a star. Don't rent here, it is under inspection by the fire department. One trailer already almost burnt down because the owners would not repair the kitchen stove. I understand that the owners have a shady past and use to live in Nevada, something about fraud. The police are always at this place, it is unsafe to live in and the trailers are unsafe.

This mobile park is substandard living. The people that rent from them live in trailers that are not up to code, are not maintained, and are bullied and harassed but the management. this is a terrible place to live. Check out the owners back grounds, they are from Nevada.
