They've done good by me so far. Offer insurance, available 24/7 decent prices. Send an email every time rent is due. Really just submitting this review because I'm tired of seeing the 1 star review every time I google the website.
We have been renting a unit for years now. The owner has not removed the snow this season. I, along with many others rent these units to store our business stock. We received notice saying they are going to not raise our fees for a few months. By the way, the units are closed and we are NOT allowed to access our units. They need to pay us back for the weeks we have not been able to access our paid storage. Not just delay the the INCREASED fees.
