Charles was great! I had an issue with my Water Pressure Switch leaking, and he was able to come out on the weekend and fix the issue. I would recommend Mammoth Mechanical to anyone needing Plumbing or Heating work done.
The day before Thanksgiving, and my boiler went out! Mammoth Mechanical got to me within hours, and had me up and running in no time. They truly saved the day… again.
I called Mammoth on a referral from a friend, issue was solved and completed the same day. Charlie is very knowledgeable and does quality work. Such wonderful customer service, my new go to for any home heating, plumbing, HVAC issues that may arise!

They say once you find a good boiler guy, keep him and save the number. I will not be looking at any other providers in the immediate future. I've used Charles from Mammoth Mechanical on numerous occasions. He got my System 2000 running more efficiently and installed a new propane line for my oven. He is fair and competent. The only issue I've had with Mammoth Mechanical was the wait time for a part not in stock in town, but hey that's the price you get for living in Fairbanks, AK. I recommend Charles for any boiler needs.
