Five Star Lodging has held nearly $6,000 of our money since 2020. Our original holiday reservation was canceled during COVID, and instead of refunding us, they issued a voucher that they said would never expire. After searching for an appropriate property year after year, we finally found one for Christmas 2025. Great space to rent for our Annual Fall Fishing/Golf/Football trip. Location and amenities were on point. Barbecue by pool needs some attention....
We enjoyed our stay at Snowcreek Phase V and found the condo to be clean and well appointed with furniture, and kitchen items.
We were very happy with Five Star Lodging and are thrilled to have an alternative to other property rental companies in the area. The unit was super clean, exactly as described, and exactly what we wanted. Five Star Lodging was responsive, helpful, and answered all my questions promptly. We would certainly book with Five Star again.
A very well appointed unit in a great location! Snowcreek is our favorite location in Mammoth Lakes! Quiet, great views, and still close to all that Mammoth Lakes has to offer. Very clean and comfortable!
