Ended up getting my suspension on my kx450 from stock air forks converting back to spring best decision I ever made. The shop been very helpful with the conversion and setting up my suspension. Awesome work it handled perfectly with my setup.
I’ve been going to Mammoth Cycle Works for many years now. Brian is outstanding! He adjusted the jets and slide on my carb with spectacular results. The bike runs great and it gets better mileage! He tuned the suspension, replaced worn out chain & sprockets, he’s sold me several tires over the years and does the best tire balancing. Was an absolute jerk to my son who came in to have his dirt bike tire tube changed. Told him that his tire was junk and he probably can’t afford a new one. So basically get out of his shop. My son was trying to save his dad time because they were camping and riding on the desert. Drove all the way up to the mountain to find someone to do it and was basically sent away. Sad to hear someone would treat my kid like that and yes, he had the money for a new tire.
After riding up 395 hill towards Mammoth, my acceleration ran into hiccups again... stopped by again at Brian's shop, but this time, didn't find any wrong... I think my bike is telling me I need a break after climbing 395 hill on a fully loaded bike. Great knowledge and service. If I lived closer, I would stop by more often. Thanks again.
