The scheduling process was extremely long and difficult they need to go back to just scheduling through the hospital like they used to I have had my mammogram scheduled through the hospital for the last 20 years and it was extremely simple now you have to go through so many steps just to schedule it took me almost 10 minutes to just get my mammogram scheduled it's ridiculous now very complicated
