OMG - this is by far the best meal we have had in the State College area! We arrived on a non-football weekend and were one of several tables. The owner, Maria, greeted us and opened the wine we brought (it's a BYOB). She gave us time to review the menu and was able to offer suggestions and recommendations. We ordered an appetizer, stromboli and Picatta chicken dinner. The rice ball-1 for 11.15 was ridiculous, no flavor, stromboli had lunch meat and more cheese then anything and chicken dinner no flavor, maybe a 1/4 cup of pasta. For 52.00 so ridiculous! When calling in could barely hear the lady. And when we went to pick up, she didnt have a clue of what our order was and there was no one there. We cannot say enough about our first visit to Mama Lucerzia's. We have food allergies and emailed back and forth with Maria before coming. When we walked in she remembered right away. The food was absolutely amazing. When the food came out you could tell it was made to order. The bolognese was to die for. My daughter who's away as a college student was in heaven! Maria was very attentive to our food allergies.�You can tell Maria puts her heart and soul into her restaurant and food. We can't wait to go back!

OMG! Absolutely best-ever chicken marsala. Pasta and garlic bread also delicious - keep up the great work!! Thank you. I did take-out this time but the restaurant is very welcoming and cozy. And clean!!
