Was not impressed this time. Waited almost an hour for food while others who just got there got food within 10 to 15 mins. Waiter gave some lame excuse. Service was mediocre at best. Arnold Palmer had a strange chemical taste. Lost my appetite after waiting so long. Atmosphere is way to noisy for my taste. Won't be going back unfortunately. Company response below is a lie. Great selection of food and a wide variety of excellent tasting Italian food.
The only saving quality about this pizza joint is it's food. The service absolutely sucks and it has no atmosphere!! The wIters and waitresses are way over worked and after waiting 10 to 25 minutes to place Your order, You have to hunt them down to, 1, check on Your order and after You finally get Your order You never see them again, unless You hint them down!! 2, don't even think about getting a refill on Your beverage or them checking to see if everything is good!!
