My dad suggested we reach out to Mamica for our friend’s mom passing and celebration of her life. Mamica received our order so well and efficiently offering a drop of at no cost as we are located in Oakville. Shortly that day the hostesses put a note to guests requesting to skip flowers but donate to MS Society of Canada instead. I reached out to Mamica and explained the circumstances; Mamica accepted our order cancellation gladly with no questions asked. I appreciate this Customer service.
