Avoid this place like the plague! The owner and her niece is very rude! For a shop to be nearly empty every single day you would think they would be nicer to attract and obtain long term customers! Took them two days to braid my hair, the shop is dirty and unkempt, they got all this African junk piled up in a corner that the Owner cannot sell! The work they do is awful your braids will be slipping in less than 24hrs! They delete negative reviews to try and keep a potential customer from seeing it

I recently moved to the area and contacted this salon after being told they accept both walk-ins and appointments. During the call, I was asked what style I needed and what time I planned to arrive. I mentioned noon, and the employee asked if I could come at 9:30 AM instead. I agreed. I arrived at approximately 9:40 AM and found the salon closed. Very unprofessional, I wait 30 minutes for the store to open. I call the number on the door and they told me they were running late, She is on her way. I then proceeded to wait another 20 minutes.

many appointments and walk ins scheduled for the same time indicates poor organization and time management, lack of professionalism, did a rushed job and final work was not work requested. Little to no communication during braiding. Would not recommend.
