I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this salon. My family and I have been loyal customers for nearly 10 years, always supporting both the braiding services and the boutique, but after this visit, we will never be returning. I had a 3:00 PM appointment and arrived on time, expecting the same level of professionalism I’ve experienced in the past. I travel an 1hr 30 min every time I want my hair braided. & it’s worth it every time. My hair always looks good, I get a lot of compliments.
I asked for a style with 2 braids and I loved the look. The price was Great!
This is what great customer is. The ladies were very understanding, nice & professional. Before, I came I had a horrible experience at another braiding place I was so upset smh, but when I called to come in with no appointment they took me in & I'm happy how my hair came out. These ladies care about there customers and will take care of you.
