Very unprofessional, I wait 30 minutes for the store to open. I call the number on the door and they told me they were running late, She is on her way. I then proceeded to wait another 20 minutes.
many appointments and walk ins scheduled for the same time indicates poor organization and time management, lack of professionalism, did a rushed job and final work was not work requested. Little to no communication during braiding. Would not recommend.
Before I came I had a horrible experience at another braiding place I was so upset smh, but when I called to come in with no appointment they took me in but I have to update my review I came back to this establishment actually a week ago a Thursday to be exact for 10 cornrows it looks nothing like the pic smh. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this salon. My family and I have been loyal customers for nearly 10 years, always supporting both the braiding services and the boutique, but after this visit, we will never be returning. I had a 3:00 PM appointment and arrived on time, expecting the same level of professionalism I’ve experienced in the past.
