If I could give zero stars I would. I showed the owner and the lady that started braiding my hair the picture of how I wanted the ends of my braids. First off, it took 7 hours to do scalp braids, it should’ve only taken 2-3 hours because the style didn’t require the hair to be braided past my neck. The braider didn’t ask me what size braids I wanted before starting on my hair. When I noticed that they were braiding my hair past my neck area I did notify the braider and owner. On 09/29/2023 I had a great experience! It was so clean and quiet! And my hair braider (I don’t know her name) was so nice and sweet! This was my first time being at a braiding shop and I loved it! 2025 Update: I haven’t had another service like this from them. They do whatever they want to do until you specifically ask them to do something else. Oh! The prices for a simple braid down keeps going up and up. Recently I was charged $60. **BEWARE**: This shop engages in shady business practices. I called the day before my visit and spoke to the owner to get the price for the service I wanted. However, when I arrived the next morning, the lady quoted me a price that was significantly higher than what I had been told the day before. I have had services done at this shopseveral times, and the price was always consistent with the owner's quote.
