Great medical support. Five stars. Inept front office staff. Zero stars. Secretaries were on Facebook (I'm pretty sure) when I arrived, chatting socially about friends. Patient in waiting room was singing to music. I mentioned this to secretaries and said it was grating on my nerves. Secretary basically told me the music was great and to lighten up because it's Friday.
