The admin staff is very friendly and I have never felt rushed or unheard in a visit; a very rare thing in healthcare in 2026. I have occasionally had a bit of a wait to be seen, but not really any more than other offices and in my opinion it is absolutely worth it to see providers who take the time for you and listen. Every provider I have seen has also been quite knowledgeable and taken initiative to suggest alternatives when applicable.
I have had a great experience with this office. My primary of 20 years retired in the middle of a major issue and this office has really helped get me back on my feet again. I feel lucky to have this team.
What a joke this office is! You can never see the great and powerful wizard, Dr. Tressor, but you are passed on to nurse practitioners, PAs, and some guy named Frank…never the same one twice! I have had fairly low PY/INR’s for about a month now (I take it weekly) and no one has contacted me to adjust my dosage or even discuss it. I usually, for 50 years, stay at between 2.5 - 3.0.
