My relatives had a regrettable experience at this clinic. The customer service was shockingly rude and unhelpful. It's disheartening to see such disrespectful treatment of patients and their families. We expected better care and professionalism, and this clinic fell far short of our expectations. We won't be returning, and we urge others to consider their options for medical care more carefully.
Dr. Mamdani is very professional and goes above and beyond in taking care of his patients. He is always available and spends a good amount of time with his patients. Highly recommend.
Horrible practice. Horrible providers. Highly recommend going elsewhere. Absolutely terrible service. They allow their providers to belittle and abuse their patients with no repercussions on the providers. Go elsewhere. Save yourself the headache.
