A really, really great workout! I’ve gone to boxing classes at a few different studios, and this one is by far the most intense workout of them all. As far as I know this is the only studio in the Fraser Valley that offers boutique boxing classes. So if you’ve been to Rumble and want something similar, but without the drive to Vancouver, this would be the place to go! I’ll definitely be coming back for more classes soon! 🤙
