So much to say about this place.. but I will start by saying if you are needing a place to come, and just lay everything out for 50 mins, a place of encouragement, a place where you can come at any fitness level and just give it your all, this is the place! I love that you can show up and are guided through the workouts, the energy, the space, not once have I gone and not been greeted with a smile! The classes are fun and high energy but I bought a punch card and they didn't honour it after 6 months. I bought this 10 pass card and used some but got busy. I tried to go back but, after the six month time frame they refused to provide me with the unused punches as they said I bought it on sale and it expired so I'm sol. This is ridiculous.
