I was invited to an event on March 30. I was told to send an email, which I did to confirm my attendance and my participation on Mar 19. I was just informed today that my registration was missed so I was officially uninvited today.. I have never been treated with such unprofessionalism and disrespect before in my entire 60 years.
So nice to finally feel heard and seen by a primary care provider! So refreshing that all of the staff here are so friendly and also knowledgeable. And the opportunity for traditional medicine is awesome.
I cherish my experiences with mamaway. It's a lovely organization with beautiful people and teachings that assist me on my healing journey.
Excellent a care
I had a culturally safe appointment for the first time in my life. I felt heard and respected too. Basic human respect and compassion is what we all need and the individuals in this clinic including NP Cathy Tumber provide just that. I felt so understood and know I'm in good hands now. I have never in my life felt this way in Healthcare for myself and kids. I always had my guard up waiting for the comments. Thank you so much for the much needed smudge after weeks of illness.
