In 2022 i got pregnant with my daughter and I thought I was ready. I was still working and spend my time hearing podcasts about unmedicated birth. Taking notes and feeling like I could go with the flow. But when labor came I realized I had no idea what I was doing. Contractions were all over the place and my daughter was stuck. I ended up getting a c section due to failure to progress. In 2024 I got pregnant with my second and was not going to do that same mistake. A review for the online prenatal workouts. Was recommended this by a good personal trainer. Very broken up workouts with no warm ups and no flow. The movements are very strange and making my back and hips much more sore. I am usually a very active person - yoga, Pilates, weight training, biking, running and surfing. Not worth the cost.

I also did the last 2 trimesters of the pregnancy program and also greatly enjoyed it. I felt much more prepared for birth and my day to day living pregnant was much more comfortable. I highly recommend! I am using the post partum program again for m... read more

I started the MAMASTE prenatal program at 28 weeks gestation and I also did their birth prep course/ labour positions etc. I couldn’t recommend enough, I felt strong during my labour and it was so useful having different positions and tools to use during contractions. I had virtually no DR or pelvic damage at my post partum physio check up and I 100% put this down to their prenatal workout program . I am so delighted with the results that I have just signed up to their post natal program and am looking forward to seeing what... read more
