The Pelvic Mechanics for Professionals workshop is really special! Gina is so knowledgeable and a great teacher. I took away several tools I’m excited to teach to clients and use in practice. If I were pregnant, I would absolutely take advantage of all Roxanne and Gina have to offer!

Gina and Roxanne are amazing teachers!! I‘m a birth and postpartum doula and attended their recent Pelvic Mechanics Workshop in Seattle. It made a huge difference to be able to learn and practice with them and other local doulas in-person. Was already a fan and now I have more confidence in applying what I learned with families. Go now, don’t pause for a hip shift, and sign up :)
