Experience was really nice! I love that there’s a Filipino deserts like these in London ❤ happy with the experience! Also, the Ube flavours are really tempting! We have ordered Ube Ice Cream Pandesal, Ube Ice Cream Halo Halo, and also Ube Flavoured Coffee! Will definitely come back! 10/10
Honestly, one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. We came in simply wanting some ice cream, but we weren’t sure what flavour we wanted and I was about to ask for a recommendation. Before I could even finish speaking, the staff member rudely said, “What about it?” I then had to just point out what I wanted. The whole interaction felt unnecessarily rude and dismissive. I’ve been here a few times and the staff are always really friendly. The ice cream is really nice also the padan flavour is my favourite!
Great to get my halo halo fix if you ever have any because you’re always sold out 😭😭😭
Just a bunch of kids that work there, ordered a drink they kept laughing & looking back, and took 10 min to prepare one drink when it was empty. Half of the cup was filled with condensed milk. Train your staff better please
