I am an Asian, even though many variations for same dishes. I feel their food was more of Chinese version of vietnam and Thai food. Pad Thai is served with wrong noodle, too sweet like kung pao, no punch savory of fish sauce, crispy peanut and fresh cilantro. pho broth was not well balanced spices, too much end bitterness of star anises. Broth was pre mux with level spiciness , no side veggies.. cilantro, bean sprout and slice of spicy pepper.
Food is amazing and delicious!!! One of my favorite places to go that's close to home. The mama's signature pho is my type of spicy.
Another wonderful experience, this time vegetarian Pho. It's been a couple of years since I've been here, I don't get to Oshkosh that often. Love it.
The server people lied to me that the pho is no vegetables. But I checked the menu I ordered house special should have vegetables…the taste was ok but I really dislike dishonest people
