Server was superb but waited too long for entree.
The website and service was nice. The salad was the right temperature and fresh. The ziti with meat sauce was not good. Part of the noodles were al dente but the other half were mushy. The sauce had strange spices in it and as I am a fabulous cook, a true Italian bolognase is what should be on it. The cheese on top had soured and wasn't good. The bread was a mistep as you should be serving garlic bread as a true Italian restaurant does. As a foodie and fabulous cook, there is truly no good good in Madison.
