First time visiting and a disappointing experience. I gave clear instructions on size and color (red-burgundy/blonde), but the stylist didn't follow the reference photo. The parting process was also very rough and repetitive; my scalp was left so sore and irritated that I had to treat it with warm water immediately after the appointment. I will not be back.

Over priced for the her skills . She must dont do many up to date styles. I wanted something simple half up half down it looked like my daughter did it on top of that she charged me 240 the money is not the issue it was the service she told me she been doing hair over 24 years and i could careless because she can not style even if she looks at the picture i will never be going back here . Got my hair done Saturday i got there at 8:40 and didn't leave until 5 something almost 6 Mama started the back of my hair then her daughter and someone else finish it so now I have a mix of plaits and braids because one of one of them start the planet off with a braids I wish I could post a picture
