Not the most authentic noodles here but can’t complain in a farmers market. Chicken wing is pretty good!
MaMang – Flint, Michigan Order: Deluxe Pho ($20) & Shrimp Net Rolls ($5) I drove 70 miles each way to try MaMang at the Flint Farmers Market, and overall it was worth the trip. The Deluxe Pho has a tasty broth that is not too salty and not greasy, which immediately sets it apart from a lot of average pho. Lacked warmth from the staff and not a lot of great space to wait for your order (though that's not really their fault). We ordered the Goi Ga (chicken/cabbage salad) and it was delicious, unfortunately, the chicken seemed a little odd in texture, like maybe it wasn't cooked enough so we ended up picking it out.
