How can you expect a customer to lift such a heavy item and carry it upstairs alone when it’s clearly a two-person job? This was extremely unprofessional. Not only that, but they damaged my house during the process. I sent them the repair bill, and I still haven’t received any payment or response. Very unprofessional service. I would not recommend them to anyone.
