Teresa made my very first baby massage experience such a special one. The room was so beautifully laid out, such a relaxing atmosphere was created, with lots of little extras which just added to the feel of a perfect pampering experience and much needed time out. Teresa explained everything and the session was so easy to follow and super relaxed.
100% the best thing you can give yourself during your pregnancy! Teresa is the loveliest, most relatable person and just the best for this experience. She is so passionate about all things birthing and babies, and made us feel so at ease and relaxed. She tailored our course to us and it made us feel so prepared for our birth no matter how it went. Our baby massage classes with Mama Tree are our favourite time of the week. We both feel so calm and relaxed afterwards. Teresa goes the extra mile to make sure both me and my son are comfortable in the each session. We use the massage techniques that we have learned in the class at home and they really help to relax my son and its a lovely bonding experience. I would recommend Mama Tree to anyone.
100% recommend, started with my newborn and still going and not planning on stopping anytime soon! My little one has loved it from day one. Has helped us both so much.
