Love their pizza but the service at the timberline location is trash. Told me on the phone that they would honor and expired coupon that I had. Explicitly told them that it was expired and they said it was fine. When I arrived to get the pizza they told me they couldn’t accept it and the price was almost double what I was expecting to pay. The manager was incredibly rude about it
I have been to Mama Roni’s a bunch of times now. The pizza is really good but I didn’t ever try the sandwiches until recently ! They are all amazing! The entire staff are all always very nice. I have met them all but a shout out to AJ and Kameron. They are all so nice Keep up the good work all!
For one, the food here is exceptional. I get the roni rolls often. Second, my car broke down in their lot and they let me keep it there overnight, and fix it the next day. An employee came out while I was in the sun sweating swearing and fixing my car and offered me pizza + gave me some Gatorade. Absolutely amazing thing to do for someone without being asked. Exceptional customer service
Today Greg stopped by and dropped off some pizzas to our team and didn’t even expect anything in return. Definitely a company I will support!
