Greatest in Mentor. Need to open back up miss coming to dine in.
Sitting w my family this evening and all the sudden hearing the owner screaming at the take out kid over not adding a .50 charge to a to go ! This kid was maybe 17 and just stood there ! None of the employees look happy no one smiles or laughs ! We packed our food and left ! One waitress felt so bad she told the kid she would give him the .50! Why do these people think they can talk to anyone like that ! WE WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK ....NEVER
Lots of food. What I expect when I think of a good Italian Dinner. It's not quite Little Italy authenticity but it's pretty darn close. We always get one of the pizzas and the chicken parm and the leftovers are inhaled by the kids the next day.
Huge portions and the walleye is superb. Chicken parmesan another fave.
Never again! We had lunch at Mama Roberto's this afternoon. Service was horrible, pizza was burnt, and we were charged $1 more than menu price for each salad. I called Rick to complain...prices are subject to change without notice!! Seriously? In all fairness, if prices are incorrect on menu, then the customers should be told what the new price is when ordering.
These people do not care about their customers! Rude and inconsiderate!
Chicken Parm is the best! Easily enough for two meals.
This was our first visit. Casual setting and good menu options. The food was very good! We took home enough to eat lunch the next day.
This is a great Italian restaurant which serves excellent pasta and pizza. The portions are HUGE! You will always have extra to take home. They also have a great Friday night fish fry.
