The food was phenomenal, a little pricey but that’s how food trucks are! The rolls here are the best!
I love shrimp and grits. I love finding restaurants that have a good take on shrimp and grits. I really enjoyed Mama Nem's take. A little heat, a little savory, cheesey, and an ample serving. Good service, I will come back.
The ribs are delicious!! 😋
Food wasn't fresh or hot, minute rice was crunchy, "lemonade" was sugar water, and when I asked for a wedge of lemon, they didn't have any. Shrimp was over cooked and rubbery with no flavor. Sausage was good and the seasoned chicken breast was good. It all had potential, but the proprietor seemed unfazed. And kept saying I'm sorry, without trying to fix anything
