Mama Method is an intimate Prenatal, Postpartum and Women's Health fitness studio located in North Burnaby, just 15 minutes from Vancouver, North Vancouver, Port Moody + Coquitlam. Our philosophy is simple: to support, uplift and empower women through movement and community. We provide various programs for all stages of your journey, ranging from rehabilitative one-on-ones and nutritional plans, to fitness-based small group classes and workshops.

I started working with Jen for postpartum recovery, and the experience has been nothing short of amazing. She’s incredibly professional and helped tailor the exercises to suit my specific needs. I leave every session feeling great, and I can really see the benefits as the days go by. I only wish I had found her during my pregnancy! Highly recommend — 10/10!
I have LOVED working postpartum with the lovely Jen!! She is fantastic at her job and really pays attention to detail when it comes to your position through the movements. I really wanted to get active postpartum in a safe way and her space was the perfect setting for that! Also Pilates is no joke lol but she motivates and pushes through as much as you want. She checks in at the start of every session to see what your goal for the session is which I really appreciate!!! I highly recommend her!!! ❤️🥰
The prenatal Pilates classes are absolutely fantastic — they’re tailored to meet the needs of every expecting mom, regardless of fitness level. I started weekly prenatal pilates with Jen early in my second trimester and, as I near my due date with our sessions still going strong, I am so glad I did. Not only is Jen a truly lovely person to be around, her workouts are tailored exactly to your needs.
