Second time in a row that my massage was cancelled last minute. Both times the therapist had “a medical emergency”. Also - I have credits for 90 min massages, that they can never accomodate, even though you can see online that the therapist has space. Used to love this place - now it’s very disappointing.

It is easy to book with Mama--and not just because the website is well maintained and easy to use, but because it's a pleasure to come here. Mama has wonderful, competent, friendly front desk staff, the practitioners are consistently high quality, and the atmosphere is lovely and relaxing.
