Great experience. The fact that there is someone to watch your kids while you get a massage, acupuncture, psych services is a game changer. I will definitely be back!
Second time in a row that my massage was cancelled last minute. Both times the therapist had “a medical emergency”. Also - I have credits for 90 min massages, that they can never accomodate, even though you can see online that the therapist has space. Used to love this place - now it’s very disappointing.
I had an excellent experience with RMT Sonia Deleo From the intake to the treatment itself, everything felt professional and well-informed. I needed work from my shoulders all the way down to my lower back, and the therapist was very knowledgeable about anatomy, pressure control, and avoiding direct spinal pressure while effectively releasing muscle tension.
