I saw Caylyn today for my relaxation massage and she was amazing! She concentrated on the areas for which I had concerns. And she did an amazing job. Will surely book again with her.

I had to rewrite this. Some really good therapist and options here. Excellent acupuncturists. Unfortunately, customer service at front is very hit and miss and can spoil the entire experience; often just seem aloof to caring if you’re happy when you leave or reasonable about correcting very bad experiences in the past. It’s the principle for me and a place I come for rest and healing, so I find it disappointing and tacky their focus seems highly geared to profit than an overall consistently good customer service satisfaction... read more
I didn’t expect a serene spa experience as the location is in West Hills, but it really was a beautiful experience. If you are pregnant, make sure you call ahead to get the belly table – it makes for a wonderful experience. Very happy with my massage.
Jess is the absolute best - she 10000% got me through my pregnancy. She is talented, warm, understanding, and just a pleasure to see when you feel like a whale! Highly recommend.
