We hired Dana and Mama D's Catering for my daughters wedding reception We hosted it on our property. I cant say enough 'good things about how wonderful the experience was from start to finish. They made the planning process and menu details a breeze. They handled all the details and made the day/night perfect. Most importantly the food was delicious and the presentation was beautiful. Wow! Delicious! We needed great food to match the authentic Cuban theme of our Son's graduation 🎓 party. . . Mama D knocked it out of the park! The setup and presentation was Awesome, and completely turn-key-- exactly what we needed. Most importantly, the food was DELICIOUS! Pork and Beef Empanadas, Plantains; and the sauces and dressings. . . WOW. Our guests were blown away by the flavors and presentation. Chicken Enchiladas were delicious
Mama Ds provided drop-off catering to my sons Luau grad party, and it was absolutely amazing food. We got so many compliments and inquiries into who made it. Melt in your mouth chicken, killer BBQ sauce, pasta salad, and beyond amazing service. Dana, I can never thank you guys enough for pitching in on my surprise coleslaw situation. You guys saved the day, and I hope we have the opportunity to work with you again in the future.
