Absolutely unprofessional. I had booked to get my hair done called in Tuesday and confirmed I’ll be coming to braid on Friday in the morning at 8:30am. She confirmed over phone call that I could come in and even the style and price. I messaged the day before to double inform didn’t hear back. This morning I got to the location all the way from New Jersey to braid my hair. The store was closed, there was no communication whatsoever. The braids were fine, they look very nice, but they're not responsible with the hours. They give you an hour, then make you wait, and then give you another hour. In total, I ended up waiting over five hours to be served. The place is very dirty, it smells bad, the girls burp in customers' faces, eat, and all that. Plus, there are some kids there making a mess. And it's best if you go alone, because there's barely enough room for anyone to sit or stay there.
