I give this establishment three stars. Though the hairstyles turned out the way I expected, I was not comfortable with the cleanliness of the establishment and respect for the clients personal time. I got my hair done here a total of three times due to failed appointments with other hairstylist. I do call the day of or the day before to make my appointment. Pro’s: you can pay using cash & Zelle. You can book online. You can pay a cheaper price if you bring your own hair. Con’s: Poor lighting. Not clean, hair all was all on the floor and it was only one person in there. She did not wipe/ spray down the chairs in between clients. The person doing my hair had her child running around touching me after laying on the floor and grabbing boxes of snacks. Mama has been braiding my hair every since she came to the USA. She braids my hair very good. My braids last anywhere from 4 to 6 months. My only problem is that she talks on the phone waaay to much and it slows her down. She is never on time for the appointment. I spend 8 to 10 hours, when it used to be 4 at the most. I've got to find someone else because time is priceless. She doesn't know how to manage her time.
