Do not go here. One of the worst surgeries in existence with reception stuff being extremely rude.
I’ve moved to luton recently and registered at Malzard road and everytime I’ve visited/called the GP for myself and my family, i have left felt really frustrated and appalled by how they firstly talk. There’s no hello how are you- basic customer service and their tone of voice is just rude. I called for my dad and needed an interpreter as no one was available to take him, I asked for an interpreter and the reception staff said they don’t have that facility. The rudest receptionists I have ever come across in a GP surgery, I don’t understand why they think it is acceptable to talk to people the way they do. I don’t mind the new online appointment system but would prefer for it to be available 24/7 rather than just 8am.
