The prices, product and customer service are all amazing here.
My daughter ordered some wood and was told it needed to dry and when it would be ready….about a week and a half later,she received an email saying that they didn’t have what she wanted and that she should have checked their inventory…….very disappointing along with wasted time…

I have had nothing but great service at Malwood. While my siding order was being kiln dried, Morgan kept me informed through the entire process. He was great to deal with and very professional. Dave was wonderful in getting my estimate to me. In fact, he had my estimate emailed to me before I even got home from the mill. I will be recommending them to everyone I know. It has been a pleasure working with the Malwood staff, and will be back for more. Doreen
