Worst experience ever. On Monday (07/07), I visited the service centre without an appointment and requested a general service for my car. They started working on it almost immediately. While I was standing outside the garage watching the work being done, I was repeatedly asked to wait inside instead. I was referred to Malva for a wheel alignment by Nova Tyres. After the work was completed, I was asked to pay $80. I offered to pay cash, and the payment was accepted. However, when I requested an invoice, I was told that if I wanted an invoice, I would need to pay an additional $10 (making the total $90). I found this very surprising and unprofessional. Worst experience. The owner was extremely rude and disrespectful while I was simply discussing the service. The work was also not done properly. Completely unprofessional. Would not recommend
