We can't recommend Malvern Vet Hospital enough! Wilbur is our first dog and as a helicopter pet parent, our favourite Vet Michael is so calm and patient and goes above and beyond time and time again to answer the many (many) questions. He is so gentle and kind, and it's not just us who think this - we adopted Wilbur a couple of year's ago and he is prone to being super anxious, especially around medical/vet settings. I want to thank the team, after unpleasant vet experiences elsewhere, I chose to book online to have my 19year old darling Bonnie cat put to rest. Within 5 minutes of the online booking, I received a lovely phone call from the team expressing their love and care for what we were about to go through. It gave great comfort at a time we were feeling all kinds of worry if she would be honoured the way we thought she should be.
