We had an absolutely fantastic experience at this clinic today. Having recently adopted two oodles, Maisy (4 yrs) and Missy (3 yrs), from a puppy farm background, we were seeking compassionate and thorough care for their ongoing health needs. We presented with a semi-urgent concern and were given a same day appointment (morning in fact) and ample time to discuss all aspects of their well-being. Always feel so good leaving Murphy here for his groom - their service is second to none and they take such good care of the dogs! Murphy recently had a puncture wound on his back they found and I was able to book an appointment same- day to see the vet. Thanks team!
My partner and I (and our cat Benny) had such an amazing experience at Malvern Vets this week. We had just moved to the area and one of our boys had an emergency that needed urgent attention. The team rushed us in and treated our boy with such a grace and attention, and even provided long term treatment options to avoid any further pain for him. We will 100% be going back for all of our pets in the future. Thank you so much! We have a very happy and healthy boy back home!
Fantastic vet. Caring, professional and very upfront and transparent about pricing. Our lab had to have a minor procedure (broken nail) and the staff were caring and very efficient and professional. Came here for a minor emergency but they are now our regular vets.
