I called last week and was quoted \$237 and some change for both front shocks, alignment, and an oil change. when I got there, the mechanic forgot to do the oil change, and still billed me for the quoted amount. When I asked about my oil change he apologized and said that he forgot to add it in when I had called too. I specifically remember asking on the phone if that price was my total for the shocks, alignment, AND oil change, and he said yes.
