Would give no stars if I could, service is appalling from the admin staff, they like to stuff you around, the pedeatrician is good but he works at other practices so we'll be going there, don't expect them to answer the phone tried over 90 times in one day
Dr Poh charged too high for people without Medicare. I choose Dr Poh because he is the only GP in Glenwood that speaks Mandarin and my dad don’t have Medicare visited for a simple check in, and was charged 160 + 53 urine test fee, and he didn’t get any result for the urine test because that’s would need another appointment which would cost another 80-160.
