Malvern medical centre at Unley has been our family's clinic for years, we love the staff, they're always very helpful and friendly, their doctors always go above and beyond to help us get healthy, we highly recommend this centre to anyone searching for a capable team to look after their children care and general family care.
Worst admin/reception. Rude, unhelpful, you book an appointment and they cancel on you right before it, happened multiple times. They have stuffed me around more time then I can count. Will stop going back. Doctors are fine otherwise but seeing them is a mission because of the awful staff. Only one admin lady is really good who has been there for a long time. Have been going since a child and the past few years have been terrible here. Sick of this place.
If you have private health insurance, avoid this place! The system is poorly organised and the reception staff are rude and unhelpful. Dr Wu was very unprofessional, every time I asked a question he searched Google for the answer. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic!!!
