Dr Goh is a great doctor and a very compassionate person
Unfortunately, the receptionist at this practice is quite unhelpful. I found her to be dismissive and unwilling to listen or understand my concerns, which made what was already a stressful situation even more difficult. A bit of empathy and active listening goes a long way in a healthcare setting, and sadly, that was lacking. I hope the practice takes this feedback on board to improve the front desk experience for future patients, as I’ve heard good things about the medical staff themselves.
Sarah is by far the best nurse I've come across in my 42 years on this planet. Thankyou Sarah for your attention to detail.
