Unfortunately, the receptionist at this practice is quite unhelpful. I found her to be dismissive and unwilling to listen or understand my concerns, which made what was already a stressful situation even more difficult. A bit of empathy and active listening goes a long way in a healthcare setting, and sadly, that was lacking. I hope the practice takes this feedback on board to improve the front desk experience for future patients, as I’ve heard good things about the medical staff themselves.

Great doctersand staff
'Business Manager' running this pantomime, interferes with Doctors independence and autonomy. A letter during the plandemic which Dr Wu offered to write supporting that consent is required from BOTH parents prior to any medical intervention, was rejected by the Muppet running this circus. And the same Muppet removed my previous review. So what you read as reviews of this practice are censored reviews to obscure the communities true perspective. Beware of this practice.
All the doctors are so friendly and helpful. They have perfect advice and help you to feel well cared for. 🩺
