Extremely rude receptionist staff went few times and every time bad experience. Go home if you don’t want to work!
Great clinic been our family clinic for years.Had a doctor that I dont usually see.Was very forward and didn't feel comfortable at all. Will be going back but never seeing that doctor again.
I woke up with a fever and a sore throat Monday morning and couldn’t go to work. I tried getting an appointment with my GP but they were fully booked. This practice had an opening at 12 which was super handy. The receptionist Alex, advised me to get there 10 minutes early to fill in new patient paperwork so I arrived at 11:50. AT 12:30 I asked the receptionist what was taking so long as my appointment was 12? She said, he’s running late and that happens and it shouldn’t be too much longer. Dr. Amos is a very thorough, gentle doctor. I'm sorry he's leaving.
The 2 usual doctors I see are wonderful caring people. However I had a recent concern about billing from a new doctor I saw. I rang twice to voice my concern. The practice manager was to get back to me, but did not bother. A wonderful practice but very disappointing that raising a concern is not listened to. After response from Grace, I see they are still not listening and have no idea
