Lizzie helped me recover and improve overall strength and stability after my back injury. Right from the start I was impressed she used AI to take notes on consult which meant more time talking and assessing and less time typing. Then in each follow up appointment she was great in giving me harder exercises to improve my core and range of movement through my lower back. I highly recommend her and the clinic for any physio treatment.
We love ME Physio! Jason and the team are professional, knowledgeable but also listen to you and your needs and capabilities. They get you back on track and help your recovery immensely. Love their physio Pilates and Strength conditioning sessions as well. So grateful to have such great physio services in our local area.
