Very disappointing experience I took my 3-year-old daughter to see Dr Alex Coe regarding her eczema. He prescribed aZematop 0.1% (tacrolimus). After researching the medication and reading the Australian Product Information, I had concerns about the 0.1% strength being prescribed for a 3-year-old, so I contacted the clinic to understand the reasoning behind the prescription. I felt that they really do not care for the wellbeing of their patients. They did not show any empathy or understanding, despite my fragile situation.
Only go here if you’re a millionaire, charged $500 for initial consult and investigation then a follow up appointment to tell me nothing was wrong was a further $250. Medicare rebates are minimal, completely insane pricing
I am aware that this practice has some highly regarded dermatologists, however my own experience was disappointing and, in my view, not handled well by the practice.
