I've been waiting 2 years to get into another Dermatologist so my doctor recommended referring me here, as 'they are new and I could get in faster' She sends the referral and while still with the doctor, I start getting calls from them, rings 3 times in quick succession...that was a little weird. I call them back once out and get told the wait time is over 6 months? Dr Fiona Metz, the Dermatology Goddess, is simply amazing- kind, caring, helpful and so very knowledgeable and I am so VERY grateful to have been seen by her for my problem! I had virtually given up hope until i saw her so I am so appreciative of her ongoing efforts on my behalf. Her nurses (Virginia and Jamie) and Reception Staff are just lovely so I feel so incredibly lucky. Thanq MUCHLY! 💖
I wish I could give no stars. I rang up having an urgent referral from urgent care and was told by my doctors that I needed to see a dermatologist straight away due to having a very serious skin condition. I rang up Malvern Dermatology since I had been a client there in the past and was LAUGHED AT on the phone by the receptionist when asking if I could have the next available appointment and was trying to explain that my doctor had told me I needed to be seen ASAP. I have recently had an appointment with Dr Rachel Manifold what a very experienced and knowledgeable dermatologist I can't thank Rachel and Virginia the specialist nurse for all the help they gave me to get a fantastic outcome to my problem thank you so much for sending me to Dr Edward Gibson what a fantastic plastic surgeon he is highly recommended this practice to everyone thank you so much for all your help Margaret
