I felt that they really do not care for the wellbeing of their patients. They did not show any empathy or understanding, despite my fragile situation.
Only go here if you’re a millionaire, charged $500 for initial consult and investigation then a follow up appointment to tell me nothing was wrong was a further $250. Medicare rebates are minimal, completely insane pricing

I was lucky to see Dr Alex Coe today after a last minute referral from my GP. From booking, through to today--the lovely receptionists and nurse (including Anna) were kind and compassionate. I was extremely lucky to get in. Alex was patient, asked the right questions, and made me feel positive re getting some answers (after five weeks of medical intervention). Horrible customer service. The receptionists need to come off their high horses seriously. Not much of a good doctors either to be honest got gaslighted constantly by the dermatologist.
