This neighborhood has seriously gone downhill since new ownership took over. dogs are still roaming free & no one is cleaning up after them. Dogs are barking all day and night sometimes til 3am . People are double/triple parking. Sometimes it’s almost impossible to leave the neighborhood in the morning. Snow removal is a joke. The company they use JBO They barely plow. Very punctual gets back to you right away
I've lived in Malvern Courts for many years. When the new owners began to manage, it wasn't so great, to be honest. When they hired Alisha Wallace, I began to see some action, in a very positive way. She just doesn't sit in the office, she's out and about inspecting properties and stops to say hello. Alisha is doing a wonderful job and knowing her, there's more to come. Todd Bowan, maintenance, is also reachable and is always on top of things. He's a great person who cares.
I wanted to take a moment to share a note of appreciation for the new management at Malvern Courts. While there were some challenges at the beginning, I truly appreciate the transparency and communication since the transition. Having Alisha Wallace as the property manager has made a noticeable difference. Great Service Alisha Wallace provided outstanding service at Malvern Courts. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and handled every issue with professionalism and efficiency. Communication was clear, follow-through was consistent, and it was obvious she genuinely cares about the property and the residents. It’s refreshing to work with a property manager who is organized, proactive, and reliable. Highly recommend.
