I love this place. I needed repairs to my bumper. they were polite and informative. they set up a rental car,that was there when I got there. my xterra was finished in 6 1/2 hours. they washed my vehicle before returning it to me.the repairs were exceptional. I would recommend malvern collision to my friends and family!

An accident is always a stressful time and these guys made the entire process a whole lot less frustrating. I called them a half-a-dozen times and they were always willing to walk me through the process and allay my concerns. They helped me navigate my insurance company's arcane rules and, at the end of the day, my car looked brand new. I hope I never have to see them again. But if I have an accident, I most certainly will.

I could not be more disappointed. They did not communicate, they could not tell me any information about when my vehicle would be done and they took far longer than they even the insurance company estimated. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!
